At Sentientia Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd., we strive to ensure that our services meet your business needs. However, we understand that a refund may be requested under certain circumstances. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • Refunds are only available for the subscription-based services of our SAAS-based LMS platform.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase or renewal date.
  • Refunds are considered only if the user experiences persistent technical issues that cannot be resolved by our support team, and which make the LMS system unusable.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@sentientia.com or call us at +91 9819715903.
  • You must provide your account details, proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.
  • Our support team will review your request, and we may require additional information or documentation. We aim to process refund requests within 7 business days of receipt.

Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-refundable Fees:

  • Fees associated with the customization of the platform, additional services, and special project costs are non-refundable.
  • Any setup fees or charges associated with the integration or data migration services are not eligible for refunds.

Adjustments and Cancellations:

  • If you wish to adjust your subscription level or cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service. Adjustments to your subscription, if feasible, may result in a prorated refund based on the remaining period of your current subscription.
